Rule Conditions

For Time Based Rules, you can define conditions based on a Date/Time field of your App.

You can also add additional conditions to compare the fields of the selected app or any connected apps of the selected app.

The above example shows the rule setup to execute 2 days BEFORE Target Response Time field:
